On 3–4 June, farmers, researchers, businesses, policymakers and civil society will gather at Bona Farm outside Stockholm to share field and farm experiences and jointly shape the next steps in Sweden’s transition. This is not an ordinary conference; it is a growing movement created by farmers to reshape how we produce food, relate to one another, and steward our soils. Hosted by Regenerativt Sverige and EARA in collaboration with Regenerator and Bona Gård Forum.

EARA is joining Soil Evolution - The festival for soil health in all German speaking countries

With €40bn in projected crop losses by 2040 and nearly €1tn in agrifood debt across EU banks, regeneration is systemic risk management, not a niche agenda. This second event in the Unlocking Finance for Regeneration series brought farmers, financiers, and policymakers to the EESC to map the financial infrastructure the transition requires, from blended finance to place-based transition consortia. Co-hosted with House of Agroecology and OP2B.

From 4–6 February, the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture (EARA) convenes Regenerating Europe Week in Brussels for the second time, bringing together farmers, policymakers, financial institutions, and civil society to bridge the gap between field-level innovations, rural livelihoods and European policy-making.

Once a year, EARA's Farmer Members come together in person, to advance working groups, take strategic decisions, and shape the year ahead. The 2025 gathering brought the community to Pulicaro farm in Italy: three days of hard work, amazing food from regenerating farms, music, and celebration, rooted in the trust and bonds that make this alliance what it is.

Farmers, financiers, insurers and policymakers gathered at the European Economic & Social Committee in Brussels to explore how transition insurance, impact bonds and ecosystem service payments can accelerate Europe's shift to regenerative agriculture.

The 2024 gathering returned to Schloss Kirchberg in Southern Germany, where EARA was first founded: three days of hard work, shared meals, music, and celebration, rooted in the trust and bonds that make this alliance what it is.

Seventy pioneering regenerative farmers from across Europe gathered at a farmers' castle in Southern Germany to officially constitute the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture. By personal invitation only, the conference brought together diverse farm types, regions, and contexts, united by one purpose: to form a farmer-led voice strong enough to defend regenerative agriculture and drive the pragmatic political changes Europe's agrifood system urgently needs.
