Join us for a family-friendly day of learning, food, and community. Explore the farm, see Korean Natural Farming in action, discover how regenerative agriculture builds healthier soils and stronger local food systems. We then sit down together for a community dinner made with our own and other locally grown produce, followed by live entertainment and craic. All welcome, places limited to 70.

Farm Walk & Introduction
A guided tour of Mulroy Meadow Farm to start the day Talks on Regenerative Agriculture Farmer-led discussion on soil health, biodiversity, and closed-loop farming systems

EARA Presentation
A representative of the European Alliance for Regenerative Agriculture links our event to the EARA Regenerating Europe tour stop taking place the following day (Sunday 4th October)

Korean Natural Farming Demonstrations
Practical, hands-on demonstrations of KNF inputs and methods Family & Children’s Activities Nature-based games and interactive farm learning throughout the day

Community Dinner
A shared meal featuring farm-produced and locally sourced food Live Entertainment & Craic

Closing 7 PM 

Music and good company to round off the evening

The Allgäu Pasture Congress "Regional Agricultural Transition" on 8 October 2026 in Weitnau launches "Research Meets Village" and AGRI FUTURE LAB Bavaria as a contribution to the UN International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists 2026. The cow and the pasture take centre stage — as the hinge between landscape, soil, people, craft and future, marking the Allgäu's second agricultural transition. The day culminates in the signing of the Weitnau Manifesto.
